Stacy Johnson
Stacy is a native of Cobb County, Georgia. Stacy joined Swilling Law Firm after working with Melody Swilling at a mid-sized law firm for seven years. Stacy has over 14 years of experience in family law firms. She currently handles all the administrative and billing within the firm. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys going hiking, outdoor concerts, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and their dog Oreo.
Ashley Sampson
Ashley joined Swilling Family Law in 2022 as a Paralegal. Prior to joining Swilling Family Law, Ashley worked as a paralegal and firm administrator for a Criminal Defense Law Firm. Her desire to help people going through a difficult time in life is what led her to a career as a paralegal. She loves working in the legal field and is excited to continue to grow and learn as a paralegal.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, taking long walks, shopping and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Monica Sheppard
Monica has been a paralegal for the past 22 years, while serving in the U.S. Army. She retired in April 2023 and began her career in Family Law shortly thereafter. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Albany State University.
Monica is driven by her compassion for humanity and service to others. She understands it is vital for her to always effectively assist her attorney as he/she provides sound legal advice to clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives.
Monica is originally from Georgia, but has had the amazing opportunities to live in various cities and countries. When she isn’t working, she enjoys traveling abroad, performing humanitarian activities, mentoring at-risk youth females and spending time with family and friends. Monica is the mother of an amazing son, and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
Farid Momodu
Farid Momodu is a driven legal assistant currently studying to become a lawyer. His commitment to the legal field is matched by his ability to manage complex tasks and assist in case preparation. In his spare time, he enjoys aquarium keeping and playing with his turtle.
