Stacy Johnson
Stacy is a native of Cobb County, Georgia. Stacy joined Swilling Law Firm after working with Melody Swilling at a mid-sized law firm for seven years. Stacy has over 19 years of experience in family law firms. She currently handles all the administrative and billing within the firm. Outside of work, Stacy enjoys going hiking, outdoor concerts, and spending time with her husband, two sons, and their dog Oreo.

Ashley Sampson
Ashley joined Swilling Family Law in 2022 as a Paralegal. Prior to joining Swilling Family Law, Ashley worked as a paralegal and firm administrator for a Criminal Defense Law Firm. Her desire to help people going through a difficult time in life is what led her to a career as a paralegal. She loves working in the legal field and is excited to continue to grow and learn as a paralegal.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, taking long walks, shopping and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Dory Bare
Prior to beginning her career as a paralegal, Dory worked for many years as a compliance auditor for one of the largest medical debt collection companies in the country. It is there where she honed her skills for attention to details and document drafting abilities. In that line of work, Dory had to be familiar with many federal laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (Regulation F). Her knowledge and expertise in the legal field, albeit debt collection, has made her an invaluable member of the team. She brought those skills to The Crites Firm, first as its billing compliance auditor, and then as its full time paralegal.
Dory’s professional experience is as varied as her eyeglass collection, ranging from working in mental health services, medical debt collection, administrative assistance, healthcare marketplace navigator, and customer service. One thing has remained the same through Dory’s many roles throughout her varied career: Dory has always maintained the highest standards, both personal and professional, when dealing with colleagues and clients alike.
When not working, Dory likes to spend her time crocheting or reading about the Kennedys, a hobby that her friends have come to find charming.

In her free time, Julia is an avid climber of rocks and simply loves to be outside and play board games with her friends and family.

Alicia Buras
Alicia was born into a family tree of entertainers and raised in New York. Immersed in the arts from a young age, she built a background in acting, modeling, dance choreography, and music. Alicia combines artistic sensibility with practical legal skills while always supporting families with great care and compassion.
