Brooke Durden

Brooke Durden joined Swilling Family Law Firm, LLC in 2021 after receiving her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in May of 2020, completing her final year at Georgia State University’s College of Law. Prior to law school, Brooke graduated with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Augusta University in 2017, where she was the founding President of the Masters of Public Administration Student Association, Graduate Student Counsel Senator, and member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Troy University in 2015, Brooke also competed in Division One College Tennis during her collegiate tenure.

As a family law attorney, Brooke has been able to transform her competitive athletic spirit into fiercely and compassionately advocating on behalf of her clients. With an individualized approach to her client’s family law needs, Brooke has an innate desire to serve others, and particularly those who are going through a difficult time in their lives. She provides competent legal guidance, taking into account her client’s mental, emotional, and financial needs.

When she’s not advocating for North Fulton families, Brooke enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending live sporting and musical events, as well as participating in the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association.
